The Site is operated by SchoolDistrictFinder.us and is not affiliated with any school district, government agency, or educational institution.

2. Data Sources & Accuracy

All school district data displayed on the Site is sourced from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) Common Core of Data (CCD), a program of the U.S. Department of Education. The current dataset covers the 2024–2025 school year.

Important limitations:

• School district boundaries change annually and may not reflect recent rezoning decisions.
• Ratings are based on administrative metrics (enrollment, spending, school count, grade span) — not test scores, graduation rates, or teacher quality.
• Zip code assignments are estimates. Two addresses in the same zip code may be in different school districts.
• Data may contain errors or omissions from the underlying NCES dataset.

Always verify your school district assignment directly with your local school district office before making enrollment, housing, or relocation decisions.
